Position Summary
As Senior Business Optimization Analyst, you’ll exhibit functional excellence in Order & Revenue Management’s Customer Service, Dispute Management, Accounts Receivable and familiar Vendor Managed Inventory processes. You will help drive department efficiencies through completion of assigned projects within the Order to Cash Stream that drive Sales, Market Share, Profit and Working Capital improvements.
- Lead and participate in Organizational and Department projects that create innovation processes to drive efficiencies and support Sales while achieving short – and long-term goals
- Create and maintain organizational and department key reporting tools and performance measure framework to drive sales, market share, profit, and working capital
- Create and maintain organizational and department automation tools to reduce effort on repetitive or low value tasks
- Support and participate in department citizen development efforts to further department modernization efforts
- Identify and capture concerns to improve system performance and reliability
- Coordinate departmental internal control framework to minimize financial risk and ensure compliance to company guidelines
Requirements
- 5 years minimum professional experience within Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, or relevant industry
- 6+ months of experience Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Other
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with SAP transactional data, Project Management, Advanced Excel (to include VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), SQL and object-oriented programming languages is preferred
- 1+ years of programming workflow automations with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate is preferred
- Experience with data analytics is preferred
