Who are we, and what are we looking for?
At Networx, we believe great people do great work. Core values guide our behaviors, bold targets force us to bring our best selves to work every day, and a culture of fun, sharing, and growth will help us use work as a vehicle to become our best selves.

In other words, the BI team supports the business through valuable outcomes, not just valuable outputs.
You will be:
- Developing scalable, automated dashboards to enable or improve reporting against key performance goals. That includes all elements of data connection, ETL, data validation, and data visualization.

- Creating clean, reliable, and scalable โsingle-source-of-truthโ data sets by partnering with our engineering team to address data issues in upstream systems, ensuring our data architecture match the business needs, and documenting data lineage, business logic, and KPI definitions.
Nice to have:
- An undergraduate degree (a Masterโs degree is even better) in a quantitative field (computer science, statistics, economics, quantitative finance, etc.).
- Experience with Python and R.
- Extensive experience building analytical and reporting dashboards using data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, or Domo.
- Advanced competency in statistics.

Requirements
- Technical competence to autonomously build out a powerful analytics suite: deep experience with analytics and data design as well as some experience with visualization tools.
- Experience with architectures for producing data analytics deliverables, including embedded reporting, ad hoc reporting, and advanced analytics.
- Excellent SQL skills (examples: window functions, stored procedures, subqueries, debugging).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including interviewing business users, analyzing data, statistical analysis, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
- The ability to work independently and interdependently. You will own some projects completely and will work in tandem with our team on other projects.
- 3-5 years as a business analyst, business intelligence analyst, or related field.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans coverage after 30 days
- Pre-tax benefits: FSA
- 401k retirement savings program with matching up to 3%
- Company paid benefits such as long-term and short disability, basic life or pet insurance, etc.
