Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Data Scientist/Data Scientist. This position will be available as telecommute, located at our Space Systems Sector in Chandler, AZ.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Launch Vehicles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creates data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets.
- Analysis may have many applications such as to address a business issue or provide a competitive advantage for the organization.
- Requires strong statistical and data visualization skills.
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
- Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution
- Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Global Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25 out of 4.0 or higher
- Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
- Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.

Associate Data Scientist Pay Range: $68,100.00 – $102,100.00
Data Scientist Pay Range: $82,400.00 – $123,600.00
