About the internship
1. Serve as a techno-functional consultant, providing expert recommendations on processes.
2. Configure and manage clients’ instances on TruBlu; assist and train clients to independently handle these tasks.
3. Provide assistance to the team by helping in the drafting presentations or materials.
4. Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, enabling quick value realization and delivering an exceptional initial experience with TruBlu through process maintenance and adaptation.
5. Provide support to clients during critical HR events such as peak hiring seasons and campus recruitment drives.
6. Assist clients in resolving queries or bugs as needed.
7. Collect feedback on product experience throughout the customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.
8. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
Who can apply

2. can start the internship between 25th Jun’24 and 30th Jul’24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities

Other requirements
1. A bachelors degree in engineering, management or equivalent.
2. Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and is collaborative across different functions within the organization.
3. Enjoys versatility in their daily tasks and is willing to help drive changes throughout the company
4. Adapt in MS Excel. Ability to convey the thought process in various formats like PPTs, Docs, etc.
5. detail-oriented intern with strong analytical skills sought to analyse complex data and extract valuable insights.
