Roles & Responsibilities

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on real-world problems, contributing to the development and implementation of AI and data science solutions that impact our clients directly. You’ll gain hands-on experience with data processing, algorithm development, and insights generation, all while being part of an innovative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and refining algorithms to analyze large datasets and generate insights.
• Participate in the integration of AI and data science solutions into client workflows.
• Collaborate with the team on data processing and analysis to support project goals.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies for digital transformation and operational efficiency.
• Engage in research to explore new data science techniques and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field from Tier 1 universities in India or abroad, such as IITs, IISc, ISI, NITs, BITS, IIITs, IISERs, or similar institutions.
• Must have at least 3 years of full-time experience.
• Basic understanding of data science principles and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Applied Data Science, Mathematics, Probability, and Statistics
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and strong teamwork abilities.

Interview Process: 5 rounds, including 3 technical rounds and 2 soft skills/culture fit rounds
