what will you do:

    • as a business analyst, you will help grow CRED’s payment business (CRED pay online and offline) by combining data-driven insights with business acumen. work closely with leadership, business and product teams to craft and execute analytics-driven strategies for growth of payments business

Organization Summary

The Payment Products Development PMO organization provides key business management oversight and integration across the Payment Products Development organization. This includes driving investment planning & budgeting, program/project portfolio management, workforce planning activities, strategic initiative program management, and communications activities. The team is focused on improving efficiencies, transparency, consistency and collaboration within the Payment Products Development organization and other key cross-functional stakeholders.


Position Summary

As an Associate Workforce Planner at Visa, you will be a key member of the team that drives Strategic Workforce Planning across multiple time zones. This position interacts with many cross-functional stakeholders, including Sr. Executives, Resource Managers, HR, Finance, and various technology teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable preparing Workforce Planning results and associated analytics for business partners and resource managers.

  • You must be a self-starter, ready to learn and experiment, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A key driver of success will be the ability to independently drive activities all the way to successful completion. Workforce Planning will be a focal point in our hiring strategy and the Associate Workforce Planning role is a key piece of that vision.

Basic Qualifications

PowerBI Developer
Netrix is currently seeking a PowerBI Developer to join our Netrix Business Insights team. Suitable candidates for this position are highly skilled in verbal and written communication and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience developing PowerBI reporting, performing ETL responsibilities, and working in a team environment. We are seeking versatile individuals who have a working knowledge of data visualization tactics and possess exceptional attention to detail. This role resides within our NBI team, which focuses on internal reporting insights and analytics. PowerBI Developers work alongside Data Architects and Engineers and will assist in fulfilling various responsibilities as they relate to the internal data science practices of Netrix.
Job Responsibilities
  • Power BI Report development.
  • Construct Analysis Services datamarts and reporting models.
  • Design, develop, and deploy human consumable reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
  • Establish connectivity to various source applications, participate in data ingestion activities, and transform data for end user consumption.
  • Audit, analyze, and reconcile data for the purpose of providing insights via data storytelling/narrative, informative reports, and supplementary visuals.
  • Execute transformations within Power Query.
  • Write complex DAX formulas within columns and measures.
  • Use knowledge of Microsoft and third-party visuals to meet reporting needs of business stakeholders.
  • Produce white papers and FAQ regarding design methodology, data filtration practices, information necessary for user adoption, and definition of business use case.
  • Develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.
  • Complete individual and departmental objectives and perform tasks in line with key results.
Required Skills for Power BI Developer
  • Experience with PowerBI Desktop, PowerBI Web, Microsoft Workspaces, and Microsoft O365 applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack: Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Office, and SQL Server.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data-focused role(s).
  • Experience with providing enterprise level analytics, reporting, and insights.
  • General software and app development skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and a willingness to grow skill set(s).
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication
Interaction
  • The PowerBI Developer will interact with members of the NBI Team on a daily basis.
  • This position is not client facing but could requite interaction with various departments and individuals within Netrix.
Miscellaneous
  • This position is considered remote, and candidates are expected to have the ability to work from home.
  • Stable and reliable internet connection is required.
  • Shift timing is 10AM – 8PM IST with some flexibility.
  • On occasion, shift adjustments may be required to accommodate company and departmental staff meetings.
