Role Summary :

Management of all Major incidents in a 24×7 shift format is the primary responsibility. Manage any priority incidents, including communication to the business, facilitating root cause analysis and resolution Driving the aging Incidents, Problems with support groups to closure. The position

  • Strong ITIL foundation knowledge with an excellent understanding of ITSM processes and systems, along with experience in SAFe way of working.
  • Proven expertise in global stakeholder and vendor management,
  • Excellent in budget management, and contract management, with experience in large, complex global organizations being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse users across different organizational, cultural, and technical competency levels.

Good to have:

About the Role
The Staff Technical Program Manager – Security will play a pivotal role in driving security initiatives across AlphaSense, with a strong focus on DevSecOps, cloud security, and secure engineering practices. This role requires a deep understanding of modern security challenges in cloud-native environments, containerized applications, and infrastructure as code (IaC).   • Work as a subject matter expert on Data Breach Analysis [DBA], review, and management forUS, UK, and other jurisdiction clients for India Delivery centers
  • Identify/capture personal information within electronically stored documents. Examples include:
  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Personal Health Information (PHI)
  • Payment Card Information (PCI)
  • Ensure quality standards are achieved
  • Work on client system through remote access
  • Maintains confidentiality of all organization and client informatio

Qualifications

  • At least 1+ year of relevant experience in Data Breach/Incident Response
  • Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods & procedures
  • Basic proficiency in the following MS Office skills Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to stretch and work on weekends to meet client deadlines.
  • Any Graduate/Postgraduate

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Ready to work a 9-hour shift anywhere between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm.
  • Should be ready to stretch beyond regular hours
  • FTH – Duration will be dependent on project requirement/availability
  • Should be willing to travel on business for short and long durations readily
