Associate Project Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day, you will complete the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting data and supporting production of the engineering design. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Vadodara, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Defines and applies project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively to avoid possible future schedule deviations with OTD impact. • Takes ownership for the maintenance and adherence of the billing plan milestones. Effectively coordinates related project members in planning and control specialist. • Plans and tracks all project activities, establishes scheduling risks and opportunities to deliver projects on time according to commitments to the customer and ABB. • Controls documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and procedures agreed with the customer. Qualifications for the role
- You enjoy working with project execution and the switchgear market
- You have 3 to 7 years of experience in project execution and order to cash cycle
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP – SD & MM
- Degree in Electrical engineering
- You are at ease communicating with customers
