As a member of Data & Analytics squad, you will be reporting to the Digital Collaboration portfolio. Role will require you to work across multiple squads and engage different stakeholders to provide insights for data driven decision making on wide ranging use cases. The ideal candidate will ensure that our Data & Analytics squad aligns to the business objectives and supports key initiatives for the squads and portfolio. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate who will assist in gathering requirements, shaping dashboards, analyzing data trends, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting on trends and insights. Report on analysis findings to stakeholders, highlighting the impact on their projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are captured. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in squad level agile ceremonies, contribute to project planning and prioritization. Stay updated with best practices in data analytics and product management.


YOU’RE GOOD AT

  • Translating business needs and requirements into user stories
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication, proficient in drafting clear and concise reports
  • Working with a multicultural distributed agile team located in different time zones
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
