Job Detail:
Partner Forces is seeking a Junior Analyst to support a Department Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) contract providing training and technical assistance to grant recipients in state, local, tribal and territorial governments. In this position, candidates will provide administrative and logistical support for in-person and virtual trainings.
Core Requirements & Essential Duties
- Manage scheduling, logistics and learning materials for in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Maintain all logistical components in a custom database surrounding the training sessions.
- Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Serve as a point of contact for grant recipients throughout the training process.
- Ensure milestones and deadlines are met, manage new requirements, and metrics reporting.
- Communicate monthly progress reports to contract management, keeping track of key deliverable updates.
- Support the development of briefing decks, written minutes and use project planning tools to inform leadership of material deliverable updates.
- Research and analyze data to produce white papers, operating documents and other materials related to the FEMA mission.
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS fitness determination.
- BA/BS required.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, organize, and clearly communicate team objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels.
- Positive, proactive approach to drive projects/tasks to completion.
- Must be a strong, dependable team player.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
