Pixxel is a space data company building a health monitor for our planet. We are doing that by building a constellation of the world’s most advanced hyperspectral earth imaging satellites and an analytics platform to power the application of the dataset across multiple sectors. The fully deployed constellation will beam down high resolution imagery of every place on earth every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Research – Researching the goals and priorities of enterprise accounts in the mining, agriculture and oil and gas sectors
- Mapping US, EU, Australian and Indian government agencies
- Creating landscape reports on new markets and sector niches to determine product-market fit
- Researching potential business use cases and identifying market potential
- Present key findings and insights to the leadership team and also infer the relevance of these to Pixxel’s products and services
Skills/Experience:
`
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in business research preferred
- Collaborative and willing to engage with people from all departments of Pixxel (commercial and technical teams) to learn about the product and match it to secondary market research to develop better insights
- Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities
- Ability to multitask and deliver high quality work in a time-bound manner
