Position Description/Overview:

Press Ganey currently has an exciting remote opportunity for an Operations Business Intelligence Analyst. This role will support Operations. The purpose of this position is to disseminate information and data by designing, building, mining, generating reports, and analyzing data on operational, client, and survey data to support the business and our customers. Along with this you will be problem-solving, maintaining existing data bases, and researching new areas to cover all required needs related to operational data.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and generate reports containing Press Ganey data to support the operational needs of the enterprise.
  • Provide support to operation leaders by answering questions related to operational analytical reports and data, and problem solving as needed.
  • Analyze operational metrics to support leaders and managers.
  • Increase operational efficiency and quality of data by reviewing current processes of report generation and creating more effective methods in this regard.
  • Work with IT and internal customers in developing new reporting of data to fill gaps not met by software automation.
  • Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years related experience
  • Computer System Expertise (MS)
  • Excel, VBA, Macros, SQL : Intermediate to Advanced
  • Tableau and Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science
