Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements related to different domains.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment by interacting with the stakeholders and various IT teams within the company to facilitate the design and development of ML/AI solutions.
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of all allocated projects with respect to schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with the pre-sales team on RFP, RFIs and help them come up with solutions for different ML use cases.
- Evaluate latest technologies, decide technical feasibility, and drive solution implementations.
- Follow Agile standards and methodologies in all phases of the project.
- Ensure excellence in delivery to customers.
- Help establish standards in machine learning and statistical analysis to ensure consistency in quality across projects and teams and identify relevant process efficiencies.
- Refine coding standards, software development guidelines, and best practices within the organization, and ensure adherence to those.
Requirements:
- Should have at least 8 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in the design and development of AI/ML-based systems.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and popular machine learning models.
- Experience in designing ML workflows and scalable data processing/analysis pipelines using tools like Airflow, Beam, Spark, Kafka, Nifi, etc.
- Hands-on with Python/R programming and knowledge of machine learning tools like Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras, OpenCV, XGBoost, etc.
- Should possess knowledge of multiple cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and machine learning services offered by them.
- Computer Vision: Image preprocessing, image matching/comparison using SIFT/SURF/ORB, Object detection(Faster RCNN, YOLO, SSD, etc), Image similarity(Siamese network), Image classification
- NLP: Vector Space modeling in NLP, LSTMS, Sequence modeling, Attention modeling, BERT, Transformers.Using the above-mentioned techniques performing Document classification, Semantic similarity, NER, Sentiment Analysis Time Series Analysis using ARIMA, SARIMA, LSTMs, etc
- Feature engineering, Feature selection/Feature importance, Dimensionality reduction(PCA, etc), hyperparameter tuning, Ensembling techniques like Bagging, boosting, stacking.
- Experience in the design and development of continuous delivery and automation pipelines (MLOps) in the cloud.
- Experience in cloud migration tasks (onprem to cloud, cloud to cloud).
- Ability to use analytical thinking and business understanding to perform an insightful, actionable quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business
- Should have pre-sales experience for multiple projects in different domains.
- Experience in working in an Agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven technical leadership experience within large teams.
