Role & Responsibilities:
Role will enable data platform to build Data marts, glean Business Insights, aid in Customer behavior analytics etc. which in turn would lead to user personalization, up-sell, cross-sell opportunities etc.
Responsible for implementing platform, tools, and techniques to capture, manage and analyze data across all domains, Fintech domain to start with
Lead analysis of relevant data across all business domains towards generating meaningful and actionable insights to analyze and drive cost optimization, conversion improvement, channel effectiveness, pricing management, sales management, business profitability, customer cohort management, etc.
Responsible for reporting all key business metrics to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to business plans.
Role involves engaging with Business, Engineering, BI, Product, Program and Operations functions across organizations and geographies
Work with BI teams to deliver Dashboarding Solutions
Role involves in developing and nurturing strong relationships with colleagues involving both intra and inter geographies
Candidate profile:
13+ years in the Industry with 4-5 years of experience in managing Engineering Managers (and Product Managers preferably) at various levels including Principal Analysts, Architects, Staff Engineers etc.
Exposure to Data and Analytics in Fintech/ Banking and Financial services vertical with good understanding of Banking products especially Credit cards, Payments, Insurance and Securities
Successfully demonstrated experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives including productization, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a business’s performance and driving top-line growth
Possesses solid understanding of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
Deeply understands statistical techniques and analytical concepts including hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing important recommendations for business units.
Master’s degree in one of Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math
Possess excellent articulation and cross functional skills.
Experience working with cross geographies and across cultures
Proven experience building and leading quantitative analyses as well experience building AI/ML solutions for a business
