The prime objectives of this position is to perform in-depth statistical analysis to extract quantitative and qualitative information and design statistical models as required for effective analysis.
Statistical as well as Data analysis of data from financial companies, airlines and airframe manufactures pertaining to operational and maintenance events.
Implement analytical solutions using the following techniques: Predictive statistical modelling, Customer profiling, Segmentation Analysis, Data Analysis and Mining, External Data Enhancement, and Econometric and financial analysis, Trend Analysis, Pareto Analysis
In this position the individual will be part of a team reviewing and analysing data using statistical analysis tools.
Requires fresher or an individual with MSC (Stats/maths)/ BSC (Stats/Maths)/ B.Tech in any stream/ AME with a minimum of 2 years experience. Freshers can also apply.
Very knowledgeable in using Access, Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Statistical software packages. A working knowledge of Oracle or Unix based platforms and analytical tools like R, Python, Minitab will be an added asset.
Good communication skills are essential. Command of the English language in both spoken and written form is required.
Accuracy and quality of work, adherence to schedules and the ability of constantly learning are essential skills and traits for this position.
