About the job:
The Red Hat Global Resilience Management team is seeking a Third Party Risk Program Data Analyst to join us remotely or in Raleigh, NC, USA. In this role, you will collaboratively support the global Business Resilience team to help ensure data quality and accuracy of our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Business Resilience programs. TPRM at Red Hat establishes and supports the framework for identifying, categorizing, monitoring and mitigating risk associated with doing business with third party organizations.
In this role, you’ll support Red Hat’s success by analyzing complex data from internal and external systems to identify and interpret trends, strengths and weaknesses (issues). You’ll work with and support key global stakeholders including application development, information security, procurement, risk and compliance teams as well as third parties to bring issues to a timely, satisfactory conclusion.
What you will do:

Monitor TPRM life cycle activities and data (risk assessment & due diligence, supplier validation/onboarding, risk conclusion and termination) to identify process or data issues.

Develop metrics and reports that ensure issues are identified, analyzed, reported and controlled throughout the third-party life cycle to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Ensure appropriate TPRM activities are completed on time, identifying and managing issues to a timely and satisfactory conclusion.

Serve as a key point of contact supporting global stakeholders and third parties engaging with the TPRM process using ServiceNow’s Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and other internal and external data sources.

Raise and monitor TPRM enhancements through the development lifecycle to meet scheduled releases.

Update TPRM procedures and education materials to align with TPRM guidelines.

Assist in the education of Red Hat associates on TPRM and their role in the process.

Work with the business owners through the risk escalation process to document appropriate corrective action plans and monitor to conclusion.

What you will bring:

One+ years of experience or equivalent college level course work in a risk, issue management or related control function, understanding of Third Party Risk Management a plus.

Command of data analysis and reporting tools/applications (aka. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office or Apache OpenOffice) required

Highly organized and detail oriented individual with ability to work independently with little direction and/or supervision in a global, remote environment.

Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or Vendor Risk Management platform a plus.

Flexibility to support a global audience and work with a remote, global team is a must.

Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Understanding of information security, data privacy, business controls and business continuity requirements are a plus.

Ability to communicate technical security and operational risks to non-technical business stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
Minimal (up to 10%) international travel is possible.
