Job Description:
At EnerBank, the Business Implementation Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, systems, and procedures. This role also documents requirements, workflows, and test plans.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyzes business processes, systems, and procedures to determine appropriate steps to implement changes
Documents business processes and workflows
Assists in the development and documentation of test procedures to ensure successful and smooth change implementation
Performs testing, recording, and communicates results as needed
Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure a strong understanding of business requirements
Communicates procedural and system changes to business
Schedules and facilities change-related meetings as needed
Participates in multiple projects and provides ongoing support
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field and one (1) year of business analysis or software testing experience
Or Associate’s degree and three (3) years of business analysis or software testing experience
Or High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of business analysis or software testing experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to learn additional systems, as needed
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills
Strong attention to detail
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.
Flex Schedule: In office Tues/Thur, Remote Mon/Wed/Fri.
