Job Description Summary:
Join the RNDC family in this key role supporting our Arizona business! As a Portfolio Business Analyst, you will serve as a business partner with other internal business colleagues including the Director, Portfolio Management, State Portfolio Managers and Sales Finance Managers for Arizona. Job duties for this role include supporting the Portfolio team in tasks to manage the portfolio of designated suppliers including various key responsibilities directly related to supplier relations and performance tracking in Arizona.
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains and updates reports on sales and distribution programs and confirms the accuracy of the required reports.

Tracks sales incentives and recaps at the end of each program period.

Supports Portfolio Management team with reports and data for all supplier review meetings, planning meetings, etc.

Coordinates and/or manages all pre-sells, holiday VAP orders, specialty and allocated items once Portfolio Managers have determined the proper distribution levels.

Maintain current sell sheets in box and other electronic filing systems.

Review backorder report and other inventory management tools daily to identify inventory issues and opportunities. Communicates any issues timely and with a sense of urgency to the appropriate chain of command.

Identifies sales opportunities through analysis of categories, trends, price categories, etc.

Participate in supplier review meetings, when needed and assists in providing written meeting recaps and in communicating follow-up steps internally and externally.

Assist in coordinating new item set up and launches for sales divisions.

Help to maintain current list of supplier portfolio contacts.

Manage applicable workflows, standard of operations and appropriate record keeping for compliance.

Attend meetings with sales leadership and assigned suppliers, when needed. May participate in budget or KPI reviews when needed.

Assist in the identification of real and potential portfolio problems and help troubleshoot issues for solutions.

Carry out responsibilities in accordance with all company policies and applicable laws.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed or as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelorโs degree from four-year College or university preferred; three or more years related analyst experience, preferably in a marketing, analytics or finance

2 or more years of related analyst experience is required
At least one year of experience in the beverage alcohol industry preferred
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Experience with manipulating large amounts of data as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems/tools is necessary.
