Job Detail:
RLC, LLC is accepting applications for an Entry Level Business Analyst to review, assess, and develop business processes. The position is based at our corporate office in Broussard, LA. The schedule is 5/2 with occasional overnight and weekend travel to field base or vendor locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement to include outcomes from gap analysis
- Deliver clear and concise technical and/or business process documentation
- Source, compile and interpret data. Analyze data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicate analysis output
- Review operational data for quality control
- Provide regular comprehensive, data-driven reporting
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system changes; assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Plan, organize and conduct business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or management reviews
- Regular review existing data for quality assurance.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA highly desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Outlook).
- Proficient quantitative analysis skills, with a demonstrated ability to draw meaningful conclusions and present actionable insights.
- Detail oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Utilize and develop standards, processes, procedures and documentation to support quality and service goals
- Serve as support for various projects and/or activities that will drive efficiencies, operational scale, and technology/process enhancements
- Strong communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
