We are looking for B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MCM (Mechanical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Biomedical, Bio- technology, Instrumentation, Production) fresher graduates to join us a Spend Analyst

What will you be doing?
- Assisting project managers with data analysis, categorization, accuracy validation, link references and training, use reports, taxonomy development, and customizations.
- In collaboration with the ETL team, data mining, data preparation, and data preparedness for procurement analytics
- Data Categorization: The data will be classified according to the UNSPSC or any other custom taxonomy specified in the contract.
- Quality assurance of the AI model’s classification output.
- Client management in collaboration with the project manager
- Create and manage service requests for specific clients.
- Showing up on time for all client meetings with a well-prepared agenda
- Assist senior analysts and project managers with PMO documentation such as project plans, action logs, and status report.
- For efficient project delivery, effective intra-team and inter-team communication is essential.
- In Project Tracker, diligently and precisely clock the time each week.
- Submit project reports on schedule every week.
- Effective collaboration with the management team to enable the achievement of customer success goals.
- Conduct gap analyses in routine procedures and offer project managers with suggestions for improvement.
- Work with management to assess client pain points and turn them into upsell possibilities.
- Ensure that occurrences involving information security are reported.
- Ensure that the handling and dissemination of information assets is restricted based on the corresponding classification.
- Maintain data in designated repositories in a secure manner.
What We’re Looking For
- UG: BCA in Computers, B.Tech /B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, IT, B.Sc, BCS.
- PG: MCA in Computers, MBA/PGDM in Information Technology, Marketing, M.Tech in Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, M.Sc, MCS.
Experience
- 0 to 2 year of experience as spend/procurement analyst.
Key Selection Creteria
- Excellent Written and oral Communication
- Bachlors in Engineering from reputed insitute
- Excellent Analytical skill
- Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn new tools & techniques to solve business problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
