Job Location: Mansfield, MA

Overview

We are seeking a Data Integration Analyst to join our fast-paced, high-performance IT team based in our Mansfield, MA. Store Support Center. The Data Integration Analyst is primarily responsible for securely automating and integrating systems via API integrations, performing data mapping/documentation & data transformation. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of API’s, Middleware solutions & standard technologies around enterprise and retail technology applications. Candidate should have experience designing and implementing RESTful API’s, using JSON, XML, understand HTTP requests The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work well in a team environment, dependable, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. In addition, he/she will document all incidents and follow through on resolution within defined service levels, acting as a second-tier resource on integration issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science
  • 3 years API programming & data integration experience
  • Familiar with cloud-based architecture and API integration
  • 3+ years Microsoft SQL Server scripting experience
  • Proficient in the utilization of a variety of programming languages and frameworks
  • General Networking understanding
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ActiveBatch Technologies experience preferred
  • PowerBI experience a plus
  • Retail Technology experience, preferably grocery
  • Python experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Customer Loyalty/CRM applications
  • Technical certifications

Responsibilities

  • Work with business requirements to plan, evaluate, create API design specifications and code/configure implement to meet company and end user needs
  • Securely code integrations both internally and with third-party vendors
  • Provide quality technical end user support in a professional and timely manner for level II integration issues
  • Collaborate within team to build and utilize knowledge base articles and best practices for helpdesk team as new integrations implemented
  • Drive process improvements within IT and digital transformation
  • Participate in on-call rotation during and outside of business hours
  • Other duties as required
