Your role as an Business Analyst will be a critical Role and will have many learnings and experiences. You will use your Admin Knowledge to help Reva Institutionalise and adopt Salesforce for all members. And youll also act as the main point of contact for Management, Faculty and Students given Salesforce.

The goal is to ensure that Salesforce is implemented and Driven in Reva. It should be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. This would be a journey of 3 – 5 Years and would offer immense learning opportunities as well as experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be working for a Salesforce Implementation along with a Salesforce Partner to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce for REVA.
  • Understand the key requirements and Pain points of Reva Stakeholders, Document the requirement and see the best way to achieve the same.
  • Clarity on functionalities that can be implemented using Salesforce Standard Functionalities and Custom development. Be linked and know the build of Salesforce for Reva.
  • Acting as a focal point of Conveying the requirement to the Salesforce Partner and ensuring build is delivered.
  • You would have to work closely with the Salesforce Partner for the UAT. Testing the developed modules in Sandbox and in Production for a Sign Off.
  • Anchor the Salesforce Project for Reva along with an Implementation partner.
  • Should be able to understand all Processes and revert to question, showcase functionalities as and when required.

Required competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and modules in Sales Cloud. Exposure to EDA would be an Added Advantage.
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Open to Learning and growth and willing to work hard for the same.
  • Good Analytical skills

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years Experience in any Salesforce CRM Implementation/Support
  • Should have good knowledge on the Admin Functionalities in Salesforce. Preferable on Sales Cloud and Communities.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having Salesforce Admin/Developer Certification/Community Cloud Certification

Professional Qualifications:

  • Engineer/ MBA background.
