Job Function: Content Writer
Job Profile
- Writing, proofing and editing website content for clarity, grammar, spelling, brand/voice consistency and style.
- Writing compelling and effective copy for online marketing campaigns i.e., online banners, e-mail promos, text ads, website landing pages etc. whilst working closely with the web designers on page layout, content organization (information architecture) and graphic design.
- Conceiving, researching, writing and editing articles for publishing on our websites as a part of blogs, forums, newsletters, press releases, reviews etc.
- Development & planning of Internet marketing campaigns via SEO articles Doing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) related keyword research, link building and keeping up to date with the latest SEO trends & concepts. Ensuring that all online content is optimized for Search Engine consumption.
- Managing, analyzing, nurturing and communicating with the online communities on our websites through the use of various social media tools (Face book, Twitter, YouTube, Orkut, LinkedIn, online forums etc.)

Business Development Executive/Manager- International
Job Description
- 2+ years of experience in business development in International Market.
- Strong account mapping and head hunting skills with a proven track record of success in selling IT services/technology outsourcing services for International market.
- Manage the end-to-end Business Development and Sales process from creating a database, Lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and deal closure.
- Ensure conversion of qualified leads into customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills essential.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals.
- Developing new accounts for offshore/onsite projects.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to business development team, manage team dynamics, and provide industry best practices.

Role And Responsibilities :
- Prepares weekly progress reporting and presentations using key metrics for System Replacement
- Participates and sometimes leads cross-functional meetings
- Supports weekly and monthly PMO compliance tracking process and analysis
- Writes test plans and test scripts
- Participates in the review of projects as they progress through the project lifecycle to ensure quality and efficiency
- Posts content to project document repository

- Work with Portfolio Manager to govern project change requests
- Document and track portfolio risks and issues
- Manage portfolio risks register containing mitigation strategies
