Job Location: United States

The Data Intelligence team is tasked with bringing world class machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and visualization features to customers. From applied data science to cutting edge user experiences, we spend our days finding clever ways to use data to enhance the customer experience with Identity Governance. Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the end-to-end product ML lifecycle, from ideation to training, testing, and evaluation of ML models to deployment and monitoring of models in production.
  • Autonomously engage in time-sensitive R&D for complex and ambiguous problems spanning domains such as graph databases, GNNs, and Recommender Systems.
  • Develop compelling prototypes and demonstrations to communicate results to the data science team as well as product and engineering stakeholders.
  • Develop approaches for continuous performance monitoring of models in production.
  • Triage and root cause analysis of AI/ML issues in production.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience working as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
  • Understanding of common ML algorithms and techniques for clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, recommender systems.
  • Experience building ML models and deploying them to production.
  • Solid applied statistics knowledge: hypothesis testing, statistical inference, sampling, etc.
  • Familiarity with graphs and graph algorithms.
  • Experience with common ML tools and libraries: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, R.
  • Experience with cloud computing workflows, preferably AWS (EMR, EC2, EKS).
  • Employs software best practices: clear code, version control, code reviews, etc.
  • Fantastic communication skills.

Preferred:

  • M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience or interest publishing at leading AI/ML conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR.
  • Experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j).
  • Experience with GNNs/GATs.
  • Experience with recommender systems.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed computing technologies such as Apache Spark.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., bokeh, plotly, ggplot2)
