Sr Business Analyst, HR Systems and Technologies

Your role at Sephora: As a Sr Business Analyst you would provide functional and technical support for Sephoraโ€™s HR technology platforms including SuccessFactors ATS and HCM, Learning Management System, Candidate Relationship Management System and other appropriate Platforms and Processes.

This role will be part of a team supporting HR functions such as โ€“ D&I, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll. Major activities include understanding the needs of the different functions, requirements gathering, refining of scope, analyzing data sources, creating specification documents, collaborating with HRIT in design and build of features/functionalities, assisting with production support configurations and user acceptance testing.

Reporting to the VP, HR Systems and Shared Services, in this individual contributor role you will be in a hands-on role in the full Agile, Scrum life cycle, from user story ideation through prioritization, development, deployment of HR system features/functionalities as well as production support. In addition, you will:

  • Facilitate workshops, documenting outcomes and agreed design decisions, create specification documents for system implementations
  • Refine processes, standards, and workflows that maximize efficiency and data integrity in the SuccessFactors modules
  • Handle System Configurations to support HRIT on as needed basis
  • Work closely with our HR Operations and People Analytics team in ensuring upstream to downstream flow of data and user adoption is seamless, in case of issues, evaluate, analyze, plan and implement fixes to the source
  • Be a collaborative partner to HRIT

Weโ€™re excited about you if you have:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience on Global HR Transformation Programs and Technologies
  • SuccessFactors HCM Experience (must)
  • Demonstrate functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows
  • Translate needs into actionable technology requirements
  • Strong understanding of project and change management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Presenting requirements & collaboration across cross functional teams
  • Hands on experience in SuccessFactors configuration
  • Thrive in an agile environment and can adapt to change
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 yearsโ€™ demonstrated configuration and/or support experience with SuccessFactors
