Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
Specifically, your role will focus the SRE, observability and infrastructure aspects of operating high-traffic, globally-distributed AI and ML workloads:
- Build the best cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure, reliability and observability services for solutions that power intelligent enterprise services
- Collaborate daily with a team of like-minded developers, product managers and quality engineers to produce quality software
- Manage a team of developers; organize and oversee execution of operational and development activities
- Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, testing and delivery of high-quality solutions to our users
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience, proficiency in providing feedback to work group strategies, policies and plans
- Expertise with infrastructure and platform operations, deployments, SRE and DevOps
- Strong experience coding reliability and operational services in Python, Shell, Go
- Experience operating high-traffic workloads on distributed systems (preferably powered by Java)
- Experience with configuration management / Infrastructure as Code / DevOps tooling (Ansible/Chef/Puppet)
- Curiorisity, empathy, humility
