Advanced Programs Remote Sensing has an exciting opening for an AI/ML Research/Data Science Engineer. This is a dynamic development of software for mission data processing applications for research & development and contracts. The position would participate in all aspects of the software life cycle, requirements, object oriented design, documents, diagrams, coding, and formal testing and integration. The R&D work involves high order image processing techniques, including object detection and tracking, object recognition, change detection, activity based intelligence, pattern of life, and motion imagery.
Typically has 5 – 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college in STEM related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Previous C++, Java, or Python experience
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in data science, machine learning
- Excellent team orientation
- US Citizenship as this position requires special access to support the program
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
