What You ll Do
As a CRM Technical Analyst, you ll be part of the Sales Enablement team supporting our North America commercial business. You ll get to:
- Work with CRM business partners and IT team to develop and execute Salesforce. com solutions, enhancements, and integration with Salesforce.com as well as technical support
- Assist in technical development of software from creation through user acceptance, including projects which affect multiple departments and pose high-risk situations
- Work with senior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
- Participate in development workstreams, from design through testing and user acceptance testing
- Utilize advanced configuration on the SFDC platform, including integration applications, to automate processes and enhance the solution
- Recommend and promote standardization of procedures to help define CRM best practices; audit and measure adherence to best practice standards
- Provide expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Marketing Cloud as needed
Who You Are

- 5+ years CRM system configuration experience; demonstrated ability to independently develop CRM solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives; Salesforce.com Administrator certification preferred
- Proven business analysis skills with Salesforce.com or other CRM application
- Experience using ETL and ERP systems; systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Power BI
- Experience in development efforts using Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Workflow, SOQL, SOSL and Force.com API, flows and Lightning framework
- Demonstrated organization, time management, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, self-reliant
- Professional verbal and written communication skills; experience providing technical guidance to others
- Experience with Pardot, Apex, Visual Force and Lightning Migrations preferred
