Job Location: Quincy, MA

Who we are looking for
A Data Management & Administration, AVP to work within a small team to interact with internal and external partners to implement Software as a Service (SaaS) single sign on.
What you will be responsible for
As Data Management & Administration, AVP you will be working directly with IT Engineering, Business and external vendor teams to help carry out strategies. You will lead SaaS as assigned and be responsible for tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities Include
Provide SaaS onboarding structure
  • Chair SaaS onboarding meetings, coordinate teams, and deliverables
  • Maintain the risks/issues log, mitigation plans and escalation process. Identify cross team dependencies and manage conflicts
  • Work with key stakeholders to support project prioritization and demand

Education & Preferred Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical product/program management
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams or technical program management experience
  • Extremely detail and solution oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and PowerBI
  • Experience with JIRA a plus
  • Ability to diplomatically and effectively manage issues across functional teams
