About the Position
Develop statistical models, algorithms and artificial intelligence through and approach of experimentation and discovery on data. Run advanced modelling on data in order to extract knowledge and/or predictions. Create complete analytics chain from transforming, structuring, modelling, visualizing, and translating data into actionable insights. Use a mix of tools and methods to apply advanced analytics to solve business problems or optimise business outcomes.
In this position, the candidate will drive mapping of all data fields including personnel administration and organizational management data as well as time, payroll, and benefits-relevant data.
The successful candidate will have a logical, analytical, and creative approach to problems and the ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to explain complex issues.
The unique combination of analysis, technical skills, knowledge of various procedures and tools, and thorough understanding of business requirements will give the opportunity to deliver documentation of all pertinent data points.
Main activities and responsibilities for these roles:
- Document existing SAP ECC 6.0 data in collaboration with product owners and IT team
- Advise on data models for future state
- Assist with building/testing audit reports for alignment of current state data with future state data requirements
- Designs and develops standard and ad-hoc reports from HR and other database systems as required by stakeholders. Responsible for regular updates, changes, and modifications to reports.
- Distils key findings and prepares presentations with appealing data visualizations and meaningful business insights and conclusions, in a concise format.
- Proactively and regularly meets with HR subject matter experts to gather input on complex reporting requirements. Supports the development of dashboards and metrics for HR functions.
- Coordinates with Information Technology (IT) to acquire, extract, transform, and manage data. Research and develop procedures to ensure data integrity.
Minimum Education, Experience, and Skillset
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics and Modeling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Experience with ERP
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in different geographies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Highly adaptive, fast learner and logical thinker with attention to detail.
- Independent person who can manage several assignments with accuracy while producing quality work.
- Experience working on Agile delivery teams
