Job Description
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst Intern will be working with the Enterprise Data team to develop and refine metrics, support, and implement continuous communication to key stakeholders. This will also provide an opportunity to support and execute analysis needs and adhoc requests in support of continuous improvements and business understanding while supporting digital transformation through improved data and business partnership.
- Maintains an effective level of relationship management with key stakeholders and business teams.
- Properly handles requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary.
- Works proactively with other team members.
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
- This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, data-centric, and keen on delivering results
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024 (entering penultimate year of university)
- Available for a June 2023 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Class: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Physical requirements/Working conditions:
- Climate controlled office environment
- Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
- Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
