Job Location: North Chicago, IL
New Resources Consulting is searching for a Jr. IT Business Analyst who will be focused on the HR processes as the companies tries to improve and enhance their HR systems. This person will also help out with project coordination/management. You will also be working with end users to help determine their current and future needs. Make a difference with your suggestions. Then lead the analysis and help with the program management of any changes. This is a contract to hire role that is hybrid onsite in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
Desired Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate will have knowledge/expertise in the following:
- IT Business Analyst experience
- Organizational and time management skills
- Property and Casualty Insurance background
- Ability to gather requirements and write documentation
