will be a key team member collaborating with marketing stakeholders, business leaders,
engineers, and technical leads as well as external partners.

Accountabilities

  • Establish trust and build relationships with business leaders and end users.
  • Learn about our business to perform thorough analysis and deliver full software development life cycle for Dashboards, Analytics and Reporting.
  • Design UI components to meet the needs of the request while adhering to group standards. Design, develop and test data model and ETL components.
  • Perform Data analysis for purposes of creating new information delivery solutions.
  • Anticipate needs and develop solutions that answer the business question presented.
  • Act as advocate for BI benefits across the organization and promote adoption of data-insight driven decisions.
The preferred location is Greensboro, NC but remote will be considered for someone living on the East Coast of the US or Canada.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems,
  • Business Administration or equivalent education or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Business Intelligence experience; Agriculture data preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience working directly with business users to understand, define, and document project requirements
  • 5+ years relevant BI tool hands-on development experience or 3-4 years Qlik Sense
  • development experience; at least 2 years of in depth set analysis work
  • 5+ years’ experience with SQL and data modeling
  • Competency with Agile, Scrum, DevOps and associated tools including JIRA and
  • Microsoft Office
Preferred Requirements:
  • Ability to anticipate and think ahead of business needs to propose innovative solutions.
  • Experience with Advanced Analytics and Data Science tools
