We are a new AI start-up that is gearing up to revolutionize how the ecological and social impact of companies is assessed and accessed by investors and capital markets. In a nutshell, we use NLP, knowledge graph, and other cutting edge AI and ML technologies to read large numbers of documents and generate actionable insights for asset managers and investors.

We are now gearing now to launch our first pilot projects and build out first prototypes of our technology, and we are looking for a number of NLP and data science interns to join us in our journey. The position is for a 12 week period and would require you to commit about 15-20 hours per week.

In return you’d get to learn about the inner workings of an AI start-up, expand your network, and participate in product development and innovation at a startup with validated market need and several highly experienced engineers and architects.

As we are pre-raise, the positions will not be paid at the moment – however we are raising our first round of investment in the coming months, at which point there will be lots of opportunities for anyone who wants to be part of the team more long-term.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a tech team senior developers, enterprise and software architects, senior AI scientists, as well as junior data scientists and interns
  • Take part in the prototype development and interface with impact investing professionals and experts who conduct our analyses
  • 15-20 hours of time commitment per week, for 12 weeks

Desired skillsets:

  • Good knowledge of NLP, NLU, and NLG processes and platforms, with preferably some practical experience with working on documents
  • Knowledge of knowledge graphs, taxonomies, ontologies, and ontology engineering, as well as familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM), GPT-3, Bert, etc., would be helpful but is not necessarily required
  • General fondness of innovative data science approaches, ability and interest to participate in brainstorming and exploratory innovation sessions
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as conduct independent work
