This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Transformation Business Intelligence & Data and is an integral part of the Elevate Program in Finance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with our functional partners across all process areas to assemble requirements over data domains, critical data elements and reporting.

  • Identify and document requirements to develop reporting solutions
  • Conceptualize and design data structure; define data and metadata standards
  • Leverage systems, tools and technology to transform processes in alignment with the Target Operating Model.
  • Develop analytics and reporting to enable business leaders to better understand and assess the impacts of key business drivers on financial and operational results
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance Office to craft, modernize and implement data governance solutions
  • Partner with Enterprise Technology Solutions to ensure technology requirements of the business are met and supported on an ongoing basis
  • Coordinate with external consultants and authorities to identify best practices for data management and delivery
  • Run project-related tasks in conjunction with this multi-functional transformation initiative


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or Information Science
  • 5 years experience in working with systems, data, reporting and process transformation or improvement
  • Outstanding attention to detail as it relates to accuracy, exception reporting and completeness
  • Comfortable in a high paced and ambiguous working environment, strong organizational and time management skills, including an ability to prioritize diverse projects and deliverables
  • Experience in SQL preferred

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
