Who we’re looking for
Toyota Logistics Services is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Business Controls and Planning Analyst
The primary responsibility of this role is to support TLS workforce development and business controls
Reporting to the Manager, Office of Strategy, the person in this role will support the Office of Strategy’s objectives to manage business controls, lead Hoshin oversight, shape workforce development and lead strategic initiatives for the organization.
What you’ll be doing
Ad hoc support of transportation operations teams.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and implementation of our environmental sustainability objectives.
Support HQ and field teams in preparation and maintenance of business controls, and budget activities.
Support the facilitation of organizational development strategy.
Support the recruiting and onboarding of TLS interns and Trainees.
Support other items that may arise in support of department/organizational activities as directed by management
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or similar field preferred or equivalent professional work experience
Experience with executive summaries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with building and maintaining data visualization tools, Power BI preferred
An ability to work within cross-functional teams
What you may bring
Experience managing/building a SharePoint site
Experience developing business cases
Working level experience in logistics and/or operations
Project management experience
