Role & responsibilities
- Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various aspects of end-to-end order management process.
- Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order to ensure appropriate order flow.
- Verify all order line before acknowledgement and prepare order status reports every day to be circulated to customer.
- Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate charges for certificates and additional services requested on orders.
- Monitor and process all returns according to Standard operating procedure and ensure compliance as necessary.
- Support with Quotations, Item Master creations, purchasing activities, Inbox
Management, Triage customer service queues, order entry and other order related Admin activities.
Preferred candidate profile
• Self-driven individual and an individual contributor
• Mechanical / Industrial Engineer (preferred) / Any Graduate
• Strong communication skills Verbal and Written.
• Skills: Customer Care, MS Office, JD Edwards / AS400. Technically savvy, ability to read and understand product catalogues and price lists
• Prior experience in Order Management, Part Setups would be an advantageous x Prior experience of having worked on OEC/Salesforce or a similar CRM system
