Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Experience in Analytics, data and insights generation to support client projects, in collaboration with other parts of Global team across function and business units.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results.
- Proactively capture the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all the facts, consider other points of view; conduct root cause analysis; refer to long term plans and goals; prioritize key factors; act conclusively, promptly and confidently; complex analysis.
- Prepare, advise, and complete analyses to uncover business opportunities and present written business recommendations that will assist the business in shaping its direction.
- Work on problems of diverse scope and evaluate identifiable factors for analysis.
- Experience in organization design consulting to enable business decision making on future state organization design, talent planning and workforce restructuring for organizations that are undergoing a large transformation or change effort
- Clearly understand and articulate business requirements by leveraging domain understanding of line of business product/ function and deliver the results underlining the business problem and appropriate business decision levers
- Developing the reports considering the audience and maintaining minimalistic approach yet meticulous
- Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
- Proactively do a root cause analysis and seek guidance on how to solve problems when issues arise.
Qualifications
- MBA/Bachelor s degree required, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Business-related degree.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics projects with knowledge of business analysis, modeling and reporting.
- Expertise in data analysis tools/data visualization tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Experience of working with data warehouses.
- Experience with SQL and data query techniques from relational databases.
- Data-driven ability to answer unstructured business questions, and ability to drive projects and tasks independently.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing large datasets
- Strong presentation and communication skills. Clearly, concisely, effectively communicate across various levels within the organization, ability to transform data into clear presentations for senior leaders.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users
- Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Capable of understanding business needs and translating them into tools and services
- Demonstrate effective time management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional global environment
- Highly innovative, flexible, and self-directed
