Seeking a Business Analyst that has worked in AWS projects.

100% remote.

Position Overview:

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with the project management team and Cloud team for migration projects. Documenting business requirements from campus units for migration, creating functional service requirements for dev team and maintain development schedule for new services. Oversee the queue of service requests that relate to the migration.

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Extensive, hand’s on experience with AWS
• Experience working with non-regulated and regulated data
• Must be a self-starter.
• Skilled at understanding customer requirements and converting them into functional requirements.
• Ability to document process and procedures for new services.
• Ability to use Lucid chart to prepare architecture diagrams, process flow for new services
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledgeable regarding data analysis, report writing.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to look strategically at the big picture, to provide ideas on service offerings.
• Experience with higher education and related business principles.
• Proficient in working in Teams, MS Forms and Flows, Sharepoint, Zoom
