Description:
Our client is looking to add a Product Data Analyst to their team. This individual will be responsible for front-end data analysis for the Identity and Mobile App Teams.
This individual will have 5+ years of experience and be proficient in querying. This individual will also be able to take complex data and present it in a simple way for the product teams via Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Analyst- Consumer Identity & Engagement Platform
In this role you will be responsible for building best-in-class metrics dashboards, conducting ad hoc data pulls, and participating in business reviews used for monitoring KPIs on our mobile application and single sign on experiences.
Business Intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams (engineering, analytics, operations) and translate the business requirements to design. Develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business imperatives. Identify KPIs and analytical requirements needed to measure product performance
- Provide product feature analysis (e.g., pre/post launch feature launch)
Data Management
- Identify and close gaps in logging and data infrastructure for product conversion flows
- Drive an understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
- Collaborate with appropriate teams to manage security mechanisms and data access governance
- Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality
Analytics Skills & Qualifications
- Degree specialized in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or Data Science discipline
- Demonstrated experience in building dashboards utilizing Tableau or PowerBI
- Intermediate to advance level data wrangling experience utilizing SQL, Python & R
- Experience working with structured/ un-structured data & data modeling
- Experience utilizing and developing within Azure Analytics services including Azure Data factory, Cosmos DB, Azure Databricks
Preferred Domain Knowledge
- Experience working with User Management and Authentication tools such as Azure ADB2C, Auth0, Okta, Firebase, etc.
- Experience analyzing large datasets of single sign-on or identity platform
