Job Description
Providing Training on the Global Product Approval application that is linked to Windchill.
Product Approval (a modified CN)
Certificate Management
Giving Hyper care on the GPA introduction
Identify the Triage issues given by the users (training or system issues).
Enhance training material were needed (base will be given)
Track user response
Provide KPI on usage
Requirements
Gather and organize information on problems and procedures.
Create System Documents.
Creating product catalogs and user manuals.
Producing, Storing, and documenting data for solutions and methods.
Design, evaluate and recommend system solutions.
Review the collected information/requirements and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and identify problems and improvements.
Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful execution & implementation of systems/procedures
