What We’ll Bring:
The Business Analyst is responsible for applying knowledge of business and technology to allow for the development of integrated solutions to resolve simple to medium technical and business issues. Serve as a liaison between internal and external customers and functional IT departments and/or development teams during the entire lifecycle of the project. Apply structured methodology in the creation of requirements from the business perspective, translated into easily understood formats that are acted upon by the various technical and/or development teams. Following BA principles and accepted methodologies, define the system and functional requirements of technical projects. Define specifications, Use Cases/User Stories, Requirement Traceability, and/or data models for development efforts and testing. Create detailed test cases and analyze results. May assess available technologies and recommend solutions to technical teams.

- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders ad producing useful reports.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
What You’ll Bring
- Passionate and high energy individual you will work primarily in Central Time Zone.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a rigorous business analyst role with demonstrated experience completing market research, performing business analysis and preparing business communications and presentations
- Preferred familiarity with: RPA, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, OCR, Java, HTML5/CSS, Web Services, DB and SQL
- Consulting/Operations Research/Process Improvement/Software Architecture/Systems Integration
- Technical depth to analyze problems, build solutions, and demonstrate benefits to enterprise architects
- Expert working in Word, Excel, and creating compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Independent thinker and topnotch problem solver
- Comfortable negotiating with customers on project requirements, scope, and success criteria
- High level of English language proficiency in both verbal and written dimensions
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple assignments simultaneously with evolving deadlines.
