This is a telecommuter Role within the Truist footprint. Looking for a Technical expert responsible for independently performing data analytics in a variety of environments using highly confidential and sensitive employee relations data. Responsible for critical executive, regulatory and board reporting that requires extreme attention to detail, issue spotting capabilities and deadline management. Effectively gathers and analyzes highly sensitive data to drive identification and prioritization of insights and opportunities for improved workplace culture and performance. Serve as an oversight control function to ensure Employee Relations case handling methodologies and outcomes support critical tracking and reporting requirements which inform executive, regulatory, legal and board reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Owner of end-to-end Employee Relations data reporting, delivery, and trend analysis.
2. Produces compelling data visualizations to communicate insights and influence outcomes among a wide array of stakeholders.
3. Engages in stakeholder meetings to identify business objectives and scope solution requirements.
4. Independently validates critical metrics for certification of SOX and Board Reporting as well as KRI and Risk Committee requirements.
5. Executes the Quality Control Program designed to ensure case handling compliance standards are met.
6. Serves as a technical and analytical expert for process improvement implementation.
7. Fosters risk management culture throughout design, development, and deployment practices; partners with cross-functional teams to coordinate rules on data usage, data governance and analytics capabilities.
8. Coordinates and ensures accuracy of reporting of case data and trends related to ethical, conduct, complaint, discipline and performance workplace trends.
9. Responsible for accurate front-end reporting of Teammate Complaint data to the Enterprise Ethics Office.
10. End-to-end management of complex Teammate Relations projects impacting enterprise wide initiatives.
11. Actively researches and utilizes emerging methods and technologies with the eye toward continually advancing the organization’s analytics capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. 3 years of experience performing statistical data analysis and reporting, ability to develop, create and deliver business consulting materials
2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
3. Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or other case management systems
4. Excellent analytic capabilities, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in a financial services organization
2. Proficiency utilizing Workday, Salesforce, Service Now, Visier dashboard and reporting capabilities
3. Background and experience in project management or process improvement
4. Background and experience in accounting or account reconciliation
