Job Detail:
UCLA Anderson has embarked on the largest strategic planning mission in the School’s 86-year history. The business school landscape has changed dramatically over the past decade, forcing schools to compete on levels unparalleled from the past. With the formation of the Strategic Planning Committee, the Anderson School intends to both adjust to changing market dynamics as well as continue towards excellence by instilling a culture of continuous evolution and improvement through the staff of the Business Transformation Office. The Business Transformation Office will be tasked with evaluating the following areas: 1) MBA and Specialty Masters programs, 2) Centers ? their function and integration into the larger school, 3) Employer relations, 4) Faculty & Staff Climate, and 5) Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
The Senior Analyst, Business Transformation (Sr. Analyst) is responsible for analysis, formation, and monitoring of key initiatives related to the implementation of the strategic plan. The ideal candidate is just as strong at analytics as they are at influencing and collaborating with senior leaders (ex. Associate Deans, Assistant Deans, Area Chairs, Department Heads). In this highly visible role, it is equally important that this person be a strong individual contributor as much as a team player. They must be able to work collaboratively with cross functional departments to guide project execution, reduce obstacles to completion, and ensure initiatives meet committed timelines.
