Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage analytics, reporting, automation, and other requirements for the process/business
- Risk mitigation through timely reporting and escalation
- Identify problems, address them to closure by collaborating with stakeholders (IT, Provider, Config etc.) and empower solutions
- Apply intelligence to evaluate current system processes and identify possible solution for new functionality or enhancements to existing functionality
- Identify new process optimization & automation opportunities
- Foster relationships across/within teams and driver better and faster results thru collaboration
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge with VBA
- Knowledge with MySQL
- Advance skills with MS Excel
- Advance skills with MS Access
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of Cirrus UIs and Data
- Hands-on experience with querying USP Data using SQL
