JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for verifying, analyzing and populating all Park & Resort Operations data which is collected, maintained and/or sent to Operations / Tech Base. Maintains, updates and helps advance internal Databases maintained by Operations Base. Serves as a liaison by collecting, compiling and sharing data with various individuals and/or divisions to assist with their reporting needs and/or requests.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for analyzing, compiling and communicating out daily, weekly and monthly Park & Resort Operations reports, maintained by Ops/Tech Base. Creates reports to illustrate this information in a pleasant and comprehensible manner.
• Completes departments role in Finance and Attendance Reports (FLASH) approvals to ensure information is accurate and entered in a timely manner for daily approvals
• Works closely with other divisions to assist with internal reporting requests, data comparisons and the research of data trends.
• Populate and analyze Department tracking reports to monitor inventory levels, supply levels and call volumes, throughout Ops/Tech Base.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree (AA) is preferred with a background in finance, accounting or computer science.
• Experience with Tableau reporting platform preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of data entry, analysis and trending;
• or equivalent combination of education experience preferred.
