Job Location: Nasik/Nashik
Process-orientated expert in data analysis, reporting & IT-systems. Manages Planning and Analysis activity, tracking performance and budget deviations, preparing forecasts and budgets, supporting in plant/location/ regional decision making, managing special projects, various kinds of analysis relating to Sales, Customers, Costs, investments.
•Co-ordinate & link information across functions to drive planning and forecasting process
•Interpret key data (key business drivers, KPIs, business metrics) and translate them into meaningful information for management
•Challenge business functions targets and underlying assumptions
•Identify root causes of problems and recommend controls or process improvements to address them
•Contribute to the creation of effective new business processes and/or systems and identify the impact of process changes on other business processes and systems
•Track monthly financial reports, analyzing differences between the results and the original budget, in sales, costs, EBIT, manpower and other resources
•Supports region/plant in decision making
•Participates in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, etc.
•Analyses Early Warning and Risks & Opportunities organization unit specific proactively
•Ensures alignment with the accounting principles of the company
•Key User for Financial IT-systems
•Conducts adhoc requests in cooperation with Business partner
•Responsibility for data quality (consistency and completeness), plausibility check of the reports, identification, and correction of errors

Qualifications
Bachelors degree from a good recognized university. Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA- Finance from a reputed business school
Work Experience – 2 to 5 years
