The Business Analyst is responsible for the management and maintenance of all reporting in Customer Care and will support other areas in Operations, as needed. The Business Analyst is involved in certain aspects of application administration and reporting for the Finance and Operations groups of Venus Fashion customer care and fulfillment center.

Job Duties

• Develop reporting for Customer Care teams that highlight performance by team member and team
• Support Customer Care Leadership with reporting needs
• Review accuracy of all reporting
• Acquire a working knowledge of Customer Care Systems, Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop new reports as needed by Customer Care or Operations
• Review error logs and mapping on a continuous basis and adjust as needed
• May provide leadership and direction to production administrative staff (clerks) in their daily tasks and assignments
• Actively participate and contribute in departmental and cross-functional meetings.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with Call Center systems.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint.
• Expert knowledge of Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and time management capabilities.
• Strong mathematics and number acumen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer oriented mindset.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Experience in a training or leadership capacity, mentoring and developing peers.
