The Gig
The Business Analyst will be a strategic bridge between our stakeholders, users, Product team, and Developers. You will play a key role in translating user requests, understanding patterns, and distilling the spirit of user requests into specific requirements for our developers to execute.

- The BA is a conduit between our stakeholders, strategy, and execution. As such, the BA has a unique and strategic responsibility to be a bridge between high level requirements and enable our development teams to execute in a manner aligned with customer expectations.
- Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts; build relationships of trust with stakeholders in order to facilitate requirements elaboration.
- Define and document requirements; Analyze and prioritize requirements; enable the team to estimate and execute the work, based on epics and stories written.
- Participate and lead in product demos and retrospectives with the team.
- Ability to formulate workflows, epics and stories based on best practices, with acceptance criteria.
- Running A/B tests and analyzing data.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Providing all support to the team and leading by example.

Ready to Level Up?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent level of experience required.
- 3+ years of experience working on software development teams and products, in an agile environment.
- Domain expertise in the credit card processing and Fintech industry preferred.
- Experience translating stakeholder requests (direct users, internal stakeholders) into workable epics and stories.
- Experience with requirements gathering practices and user story writing.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to nontechnical team members and clients.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
