In your first few weeks in this Data Engineer role, you can expect to:
- Design and develop reports on company data for various DWH projects to deliver to senior management and other interested parties
- Be responsible for developing Modern Data Warehouse solutions using Azure Stack (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data bricks)
- Perform SQL queries – design, code, test, and aggregate the results to create useful information
- Provide support in Platform/Data migrations and Data Integration(s)
To apply for this Data Engineer role, you will need 4-6 years of experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer or Business Intelligence. You will also require the following:
- Experience in database design or integration experience with SQL Server databases
- Experience working on Azure Cloud services like IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- Experience with Azure to design, support, and management of the environment
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL Language
